TWENTY TWO #KVMadeInThe90s

Here’s a post that I’ve been pushing away because, if I’m being really honest, I can’t believe that I am 22. If I could have my way, I would stay a kid forever. I’ve realised that one of the reasons why I wanted to throw a big party is because I can’t accept the fact that I’m getting older and I’m as grown up as grown uply possible. That doesn’t make sense, but I know you get it.

For my 22nd birthday, I decided to throw a 90s themed party. I set up my whole house to make it look like we were all right smack in the middle of the 90s. In one side of the house people could play Super Mario and Mario Party on the Wii (because our N64 is completely busted), while in another side of the house I set up a projector that played nothing but 90s movies and cartoons, and mattresses and board games for those who wanted to just chill. Of course we had the dance floor with matching music videos of all the greatest 90s hits playing on the telly, red plastic cups, punch bowls and 90s candy, and a mechanical bull outside the house because… well I just thought it would be super fun to have one. It was such an amazing night of friendship and fun and I just want to thank all of my friends and my amazing family for making my birthday extra special! Thank you as well for coming in your best 90s outfits!

We were going for Cher Horowitz and Gwen Stefani. What do you think?

Hello, father.
